Salmon Frittata

  • dill

  • 1 onion

  • 10 eggs

  • S&P

  • 1 tomato (optional)

Pan fry salmon in pieces (does not matter if they break, as they will be crumbled after). Once cooked to satisfaction, crumble salmon chunks in dish used for frittata. Chop onion a few times, toss in food processor with the 10 eggs and desired amount of dill with S&P for less than 30 seconds. If you want tomato added, dice up and add to mixture. Do not blend again. Pour mixture on top of crumbled salmon in dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 mins.
