Spaghetti Squash Seeds

  • EVVO

  • ground cummin

  • sea salt

  • seeds
     

Preheat oven to 300F. Depending on how many seeds you have, add desired amount of above ingredients in bowl, mix, and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins.

Pecan Parm

  • EVVO

  • 1.5 tsp. sea salt

  • 1.5 tsp. nutritional yeast

  • 1.5 cups pecans
     

Preheat oven to 300F. Put pecans in bowl and crumble/break with hands, add remaining ingredients in bowl, mix, and place on baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 mins.
