  • PURCHASE POLICY

    Earthub add-on subscriptions are final sale upon sign-up. After your initial subscription, your account will be automatically charged each month until cancellation. To cancel your add-on subscription, please email accounting@earthub.ca to arrange the return of your Earthub category bags. 

    Please note: 

    • All category bags remain the property of Earthub. 

    • Bags must be returned within 30 days of cancellation. If not, a charge of $6 per add-on category bag will be applied to the credit card on file. If payment is unsuccessful, an invoice will be issued for the unreturned equipment. 

    • Cancellations must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your next scheduled pick-up. 

     

  • COLLECTION ITEMS

    All acceptable collection items must be clean and dry. Any items that are dirty or wet will be left behind. If Earthub notices an excessive amount of dirty, incorrect, or wet items in your collection, we will contact you. Continued violations may result in the cancellation of your subscription.
