The Ultimate Cashew Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 3 hrs)

  • 0.5 cups water

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1-2 tbsps lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 0.5 cups nutritional yeast

  • S&P

Blend in food processor. Enjoy on (veggie) pasta). Store in glass jar in fridge.

Basil Cashew Cheese

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 3 hrs)

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 0.5 tsp. sea salt

Blend in food processor.

Mayo

  • 1.25 cups canola oil or sunflower oil

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 0.5 tsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 1.5 tsp. ground mustard

  • 0.5 tsp. sea salt

Blend all ingredients food processor with only 0.25 of the oil. Slowly add the oil while blending. NOTE: SLOWLY or mayo will be ruined and ingredients wasted.

Garlic Avocado Mayo

  • 1.25 cups mayo

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 minced garlic clove

Blend all ingredients food processor. Delicious with roasted potatoes!
